The Current Operations table lists all current reservations having today’s date within the reservation time frame, enabling quicker access to complete daily Check-In and Check-Out operations. This table can be sorted by clicking a column heading and filtered by either keyword search or reservation usage status.

Usage Statuses

1. Check In: Personnel are either on-site or en route to the reserved area.
2. Occupied: Personnel are on-site but no operations are underway (e.g., preparation, cleanup).
3. Active: Testing/training is underway and access to the reserved area may be restricted. No outside personnel should enter the reserved area without the organization's approval. The status will return to "Occupied" when we are no longer conducting testing/training.
4. Check Out: No personnel are on-site and access is not restricted.
5. Operations Complete: All activities for this reservation have been completed and this reservation can be considered closed.

Notes

• Old Unfinished Reservations will still remain in this table until successfully completed.

The Reservation Approvals for Review table lists all pending reservations (such as multi-use requests) that require your review to approve/deny the request.

The Account Approvals for Review table lists all pending account requests that require your review/approval.

The Override Reservation Approvals table lists all pending reservations (such as multi-use requests) that require you can approve/deny the request as an override outside the normal flow.

The My Upcoming Reservations table lists your upcoming reservations starting in the next four weeks, providing a planning outlook and opportunity to update/finalize upcoming reservations. This table can be sorted by clicking a column heading and filtered by either keyword search or reservation usage status.

• A Reservation remains in a Pending state until all Multi-Use and Manager approvals are obtained.
• Approved Reservations will lose prior approvals if they enter an editing state.
• Old unfinished Reservations will still remain in this table until successfully completed.
